Tongue basic {$HOOK} question
in header.tpl I can see {$HOOK_TOP} where can I find what modules are hooking into this section?? I have looked online and through the forums. The Modules/positions/transplant a module does not show me what is currently being hooked into this section. My question is for all of the {$HOOK_} areas.

For themes - look conf.xml file. You can change it in admin. area.
