Categories missing after theme change

im changeing themes on my presta 1.2.2.0. with polish language.
After change of some themes i loose my categories.
Box with category stay present but it look like with no added categories, when i turn back to standard theme categories comeback.
Do anyone know how to fix it??

You are using some old theme for 1.0 version. Try to upload new tpl files from default theme. I think it is category.tpl file.
